THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING. Please contact ANGELA at 631-338-5435 IF INTERESTED IN MEETING EMMA:Emma is a wonderful dog. She is so sweet, loving, playful and fun. It's hard to believe that she was rescued from being tied up to a fence. Emma hasn't had it easy so far in her short life (she was born August 2008). She seems to be afraid of certain things & when meeting new people...but once she knows you, you are her bes friend!!! Emma has been professionally trained by two different companies to help her gain confidence, trust and eliminate her fears. Emma is vaccinated and spayed, is healthy and weighs about 50 lbs. She needs a special loving home where she will be cherished and pampered for the rest of her years. Emma is good with teenagers and dogs. Her new home must have a securely fenced yard. Please come meet Emma and see for yourself what a wonderful dog, companion and friend she can be.

THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING. Please contact LAP at (631) 757-9373 IF INTERESTED IN MEETING RYAN: My name is Ryan. I'm a captivating 2-3 year-old Lab/Pit mix. If you go for the sweet, sensitive type then you should most certainly make my acquaintance. I am a goofy, playful fellow who will never turn down a game of ball playing. Whenever there are squeaky toys around, I'm like kid in a candy store! I'll easily give them up though, so you can throw them for me over and over again. I will also SIT and go DOWN for you if you choose to bestow a treat to me. You would be quite impressed with my easy-going, laid back nature. I am seeking a family with a big yard and lots of time for me. I am delightful doggy with people but not with the felines, so no kitties in the home please. I would also flourish in a home with grown children. I truly am a soft, darling gentleman, hoping and waiting for my new family to come for me. Will you be the one?

Dreamer is a five month old, male, neutered Lab/Pittie mix that was rescued from the NYC Animal shelter where he was brought in after being thrown down a flight of stairs and suffering a fracture humerus. His leg has been surgically repaired and he will be ready to go home after his follow up apptmnt on 1/25. Despite all this baby has been through, he remains a true love bug. He adores other dogs and children. He is working on his housebreaking, great in the car and just loves to snuggle.

Willow is a 10 week old pittie puppy. She is living with children and dogs and is great with all of them. She is a real snugglebug and loves to play with her toys. She has mange but we are treating her and she will be better in no time.
Pickles was the result of not spaying and neutering, along with 14 other Pitties. Her owner did her best to care for them but got in over her head. She is absolutely heartbroken about having to give them up but has no choice. Pickles is a one year old, female, spayed Pittie mix that is just a doll. She is very shy but loves her family. She is working on her housebreaking, as she lived outside her entire life. She is great with other dogs and adjusting to inside llife.

Maddok and Hana are 2 Shepherd mixed pups available, (from a litter of 4) around 12 weeks old. They are great with dogs and cats.

Buddy is a two year old, male, neutered, purebreed Yellow Lab that was originally rescued from a shelter down South. He was adopted to a family and is being rehomed because he is just "too much dog" for their family. He is great with their kids but maybe a bit much for real little ones. He prefers to be the only dog in the home and requires a 6 foot fenced in yard. He is housebroken and loves to snuggle.

Baby is a six year old, female, spayed Lab mix. She is a chunky, happy go lucky girl that is being placed by her owners due to financial and family issues. They are heartbroken about having to give her up!

Dora is a 2 yr old, female, black & tan Coonhound mix. She was rescued from a shelter down South and adopted to a family who needs to return her. She is a great girl but has that "stubborn hound streak" in her. She needs some strict rules to follow. She is good with other dogs, housebroken and crate trained.
